Selling/buying companies abroad
Firma Consulting advises on the purchase or sale of companies outside of Iceland. To this end, Firma Consulting has cooperation agreements with respected merger and acquisition companies, which are primarily located in Denmark as regards services in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Firma Consulting also provides services in the northern part of the USA, partnering with a merger and acquisition company located there.
